The hotel reservation is guaranteed only in the case of 100% prepayment before the July 22, 2016.
The hotel confirmation voucher will be sent as soon as the payment is received on "Congress-Service" Agency Ltd. banking account.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before the July 23, 2016 implies no penalty.
- Cancellation on or after the July 24, 2016 or no-show implies a penalty at the rate of 1 night's accommodation fees.
