Instructions for Abstracts

The length of each abstract is strictly limited to one page.
Abstracts should be informative, carefully prepared, with new insights stressed.
Abstracts must be prepared using the Template_for_Tex or MS_Word provided below. These templates also provide instructions on preparation of the abstracts. When using the templates, do not make modifications to the page layout or paragraph styles.
Although not limited, the file size is recommended not to exceed 5 Mb.

                     Template.doc                                  Template.tex                                         Template.pdf

All abstracts submitted will be reviewed by the committee and you will be notified not later than in the beginning of June 2016 if your poster has been accepted. Once your abstract has been accepted the presenting author should be at the conference. If nobody from the authors is not able to participate in the conference and to present the poster, please contact the organisers immediately to withdraw the abstract so that it will not be included in the final programme.

Submission

The abstracts should be submitted in pdf format via your profile and should be named as «A_Einstein.pdf», where the first letter «A» should be the initial of the given name of the first author, followed by an underscore character «_», then «Einstein», the full family name of the first author. In case you submit more than one abstract, a number 1, 2,… should be appended to the family name (e.g. A_Einstein1.pdf, A_Einstein2.pdf).

Please note: all abstracts should be submitted on-line via your profile on mps2016.ru. The deadline for abstract submission is June 10, 2016. Abstract acceptance will be confirmed by e-mail to the corresponding author.

Invited speakers are also requested to submit their abstract by 10st of June.

Poster

The posters will be displayed throughout the conference.
Width not larger than 70 cm, height not larger than 130 cm.

Participants are asked to bring their printed poster with them as no poster printers will be available at the conference.

Topical Issue

The Topical Issue of European Physica Journal D: "Atomic, Molecular, Optical and Plasma Physics" is to be published following the MPS-2016.

Contributions are welcome on current hot topics in the field of interaction of various projectiles (photons, charged and neutral light and heavy particles) with atoms, molecules, clusters and surfaces. The Topical Issue will be primarily based on the contributions reported on MPS-2016, but is not to be considered as the proceedings of conference, and submission is open to everyone working in the field. All submissions will be subject to the usual peer review standards of the journal. Note that acceptance for the conference MPS-2016 does not guarantee acceptance for the published Topical Issue.

The deadline for submission of manuscripts for this Topical Issue is September 30, 2016.

Please, send you manuscripts before the deadline directly to the EPJD Editorial Office at https://articlestatus.edpsciences.org/is/epjd. If you are a first-time author with EPJ D, you must first register, which can be done directly on the above web site. Submissions should be clearly identified as intended for the Topical Issue "Many Particle Spectroscopy of Atoms, Molecules, Clusters and Surfaces".

We look forward to receiving your submission!
